TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING
Trampoline: 8 Yrs Old +

We have an inground trampoline at our facility for the added safety of our participants. Our trampoline class uses both the regular trampoline and the mini trampoline to teach many different shapes and positions required for progression in our GNGC trampoline classes.

Tumbling: 8 Yrs Old +
​
We offer both an introductory and an advanced tumbling class for those who are looking to perfect either single skills or tumbling passes for cheer, dance or just for fun. We have a full spring floor as well as a tumbling strip with a Resi-Pit landing surface and a 30ft TumbleTrak to support the mastery of many tumbling skills, both simple and complex.
