BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION
Our birthday parties run for one hour and forty-five minutes. Participants get one hour on the floor with our coaches and forty five minutes upstairs with the host family afterwards.
Our fee is $250.00 for ten children, with a $50.00 deposit required at the time of booking to reserve your day and time. We are able to host additional children at a cost of $10.00 per extra child, and you must notify us at the time of booking if you expect more than ten children.

Time Slot
Saturday, 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm and 4:00 pm- 5:45 pm

Time slot includes:
1hr structured gym time with our coaches and 45 minutes in the Party Room
​
Children are in the gym with our coaches for the first hour of the party so families can use this time to setup the party room if they are decorating.
Cost
$250.00 for a party of up to ten children, additional guests are $10.00 per child.

We require a $50 deposit to book a party. The balance can be paid on the day of the party. Birthday party deposits are nonrefundable.
We are able to take payment of debit, credit, cash or e-transfer on the day of the birthday party.

Food & Drink
Birthday family is responsible to bring in their own food, drinks, birthday cake, decorations, and cutlery, as we do not provide these items.

Only water bottles are

What to Wear
Acceptable clothing is shorts, track pants, leggings, tank
tops or t-shirts.

Long Hair needs to be

Reminders
Parents are responsible for the supervision and entertainment of all party guests during the second hour which is held upstairs in the party room.
Please note that the adult host of the party is required to stay for the full 2 hour time-slot and until all party guests have been picked up.
