US
Our gymnastics facility is located at 25 Snow Road in Napanee. Located just off Centre Street, we have easy access from both Hwy 401 and Hwy 2. Our approximately 7000 square foot gymnastics club houses all four women's events as well as the six men's events and an in-ground trampoline, 30-foot TumbleTrak and Resi Pit. We have mirrors to aid in dance and leap development.
ANGE
Head Coach & Technical Director
Ange is our Head Coach and Technical Director. Ange is also a women’s artistic judge and chair of the Women’s Judging Committee. Ange is totally dedicated to running a successful, welcoming, community-based gymnastics program involving both recreational and competitive programming in Napanee. In a relatively small gym facility, Ange is “the wizard of scheduling” so that every class gets their due time on every piece of equipment on every day/evening that classes are running. She encourages parents to watch and listen to what is happening with their children on the gym floor at both recreation and competitive training levels.
